My family of three, including our energetic 5-year-old, recently enjoyed a delightful one-night stay at a hotel conveniently located near the Loreto metro station in Milan. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by the warmest welcome from the lady at the reception. Her genuine hospitality set the tone for our entire stay, making us feel instantly at home. One of the highlights of our experience was the hotel’s flexibility in accommodating our needs. We were grateful for their willingness to store our bags both before and after our stay, allowing us to explore the city without any worries. The breakfast provided was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of options to satisfy our family’s diverse tastes. It provided the perfect start to our day of adventure in Milan. Our room, overlooking a beautiful garden, was a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the bustling city. The cozy ambiance and comfortable amenities made it easy for us to unwind and recharge. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From its convenient location near the metro station to the heartfelt hospitality of the staff, every aspect exceeded our expectations. Very good value for the money, good location and very polite staff. If you don't want to spend a fortune for a hotel in Milan, this is the right place. Very close to the Metro, lines M1 and M2 . The breakfast is also very decent. The best thing is the staff, very friendly, polite and helpful. We stay on the ground floor and we also have access to the garden. Very quite place.

Excellent treatment with the staff, extremely kind, helpful and devoted. The owner took special attention to a problem I had with one night reimboursement I requested due to an airport strike. I will definitely repeat the experience.

The employees were very kind and welcoming. The room even though very small had everything necessary.

The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a salvation in the heat. Breakfast was good, and there was a little garden where we could eat. The staff was friendly. Conveniet location not far away from the Central station.
