My family of three, including our energetic 5-year-old, recently enjoyed a delightful one-night stay at a hotel conveniently located near the Loreto metro station in Milan. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by the warmest welcome from the lady at the reception. Her genuine hospitality set the tone for our entire stay, making us feel instantly at home. One of the highlights of our experience was the hotel’s flexibility in accommodating our needs. We were grateful for their willingness to store our bags both before and after our stay, allowing us to explore the city without any worries. The breakfast provided was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of options to satisfy our family’s diverse tastes. It provided the perfect start to our day of adventure in Milan. Our room, overlooking a beautiful garden, was a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the bustling city. The cozy ambiance and comfortable amenities made it easy for us to unwind and recharge. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From its convenient location near the metro station to the heartfelt hospitality of the staff, every aspect exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming oasis in the heart of Milan.

The first impression of a place starts with reception and the lady on the reception was welcoming and kind. The room was small yes but big enough to stay and rest without any problem. AC and Wi-Fi was functioning well. Bathrooms were clean but small again. The room was very minimalistic and old. The breakfast was good enough especially thanks to the small garden. It was really close to metro stations M1 and M2 which are going to be the ones for Cathedral Duomo or Navigli area. The street was calm. When we had a small problem in the evening with ants and they changed our room and helped with the situation without any problem. It felt like it was a family bed and breakfast, everyone there was very friendly.

Super nice staff - welcoming, helpful and accomodating. While they treated me to coffee in the beautiful little garden, my bags were brought up to the room. Crisps and soft drinks on the house as a welcome gift. Quirky room layout, big balcony with garden view, very comfy bed, and a reasonable breakfast. Fresh made coffee from the barista, who also cooked eggs and bacon on demand. Family feeling.

Very good value for the money, good location and very polite staff. If you don't want to spend a fortune for a hotel in Milan, this is the right place. Very close to the Metro, lines M1 and M2 . The breakfast is also very decent. The best thing is the staff, very friendly, polite and helpful. We stay on the ground floor and we also have access to the garden. Very quite place.
